The primary purpose of Lest We Forget Musicians is to honor some of the many important musicians and industry icons who sadly leave us each year. Simple as that.
Everyone involved in Lest We Forget Musicians – the producers, the musicians, the crew, etc., from all over the country – choose to donate their time and skills to put all of this together as their way to honor these musicians. No one is paid to participate. In fact, many go out-of-pocket to cover their own travel, hotel and meals, just for the opportunity to be involved in this project. Our goal is to cover some of these incidental expenses for them. And with your help…we can.
All proceeds here go directly into our Production Fund, allowing us to both cover some of our out-of-pocket travel and production expenses, and increase the number of musicians we can honor in our programs.
